Q : How do you pack the goods?A : If you order less container load (LCL) we pack in a wooden box. If you order a full container we pack in bulk- Q : What is the delivery date?A : 5 days after the prepayment if we have stock, or 20 days after prepayment if we need to produce. We usually have 600 sets in stock
- Q : What are your terms of payment?A : TT or electronic transfer, PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram
30 percent prepayment is required and the balance of 70 percent before loading - Q : How long after dispatching will i get the goods?A : (1) Lagos Full container: 45 days; LCL 65 days
(2) Mombasa Full container: 25-43 days; LCL 45 days
(3) Tema Full container: 50 days
(4) Philippines
(5) Cebu, Full container: 12-14 days; LCL 25 days
(6) Manila, Full container: 12-14 days; LCL 12 or 25 days
(7) Davao, Full container: 25 days
(8) Dar es Salaam Full container: 38 days; LCL: 50 days
(9) Durban Full container: 30 days
(10) Maputo Full container: 36 days
(11) Djibouti port LCL: 55 days - Q : How to install the cages?A : We offer two installation instruction options:
(1) We can provide with an installation video
We can send an engineer to your farm - Q : How long is your warranty?A : We will change the accessories if they are damaged within two years.
- Q : Which cage is suitable to my poultry farm?A : Please kindly supply us the following information, then we can give you best farm solution:
(1) Chicken type: layer, pullet, broiler or breeder?
Chicken house dimension or farm land dimension - Q : How long is the lifetime of your chicken cage?A : 15-20 years (based on the material,local environment and equipment maintenance)
- Q : What’s your MOQ of the layer cage?A : The MOQ is 1x20’GP container, considering the transportation cost and particularity of goods, one fully container is more suitable
